Data Protection Policy

1. Objective

To ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all engineering data, client blueprints, and proprietary algorithms managed by eDesign Services.

2. Information Classification

• Public: Marketing materials, website content.
• Internal: Employee records, standard SOPs.
• Confidential: Client BOQs, pricing models, architectural drawings.
• Restricted (Defense/IP): Military specs, FieldBridge source code, R&D schematics.

3. Security Measures

We employ aviation-grade security protocols:

• Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Access Control: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) enforced across all digital assets.
• Audit Trails: All access to critical project files is logged and auditable.
